Search Queries
A query typed into a search box is delivered to the outside company that supplies that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its results. Tallapoosa County Court Docket does not keep a separate log of the name or case number entered in the search field.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, the message and return address may be retained long enough to answer and manage the correspondence. We do not disclose that message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

It publishes general routing information about the Circuit Clerk, trial courts, municipal and Probate custodians, and Alabama access systems. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
An outside company controls each partner search tool. Its privacy notice, retention period, sharing rules, and prices apply to information submitted there. Review that provider's terms before sending a query because this policy does not govern the provider's processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Alabama courts, the Tallapoosa County Circuit Clerk, municipal offices, legal resources, or commercial search providers. Once a visitor follows an outside link, that destination controls the visit and its own privacy policy applies. Advertising companies may also use their systems to measure activity across websites.
